"Jeanne and her staff" make our lives so much easier! It is a wonderful experience to come home after a hard day to find the house clean and inviting. We never have to worry about the safety of our home or about the care for our things, Jeanne and her staff take great care with everything, just as it was their own home. Because of their care and their friendly, hardworking nature, Jeanne and her staff make us feel as if we are a part of their extended family. I also love that she sends us an email the day before as a reminder and she and her staff are like clockwork with their care and service!" Ultra Touch Cleaning has cleaned my home for the last year and a half. Jeanne’ and her assistants have always been professional, timely, thoughtful, consistent and thorough. Jeanne’ always confirms every appointment, is exceptionally prompt, and follows up with every visit to make sure that the service is satisfactory – which it is always fantastic. By the time she leaves my home looks and smells so clean and is so tidy. I respect her and her company deeply and trust her completely. When I decided to have my house cleaned professionally, I interviewed two companies. The first company representative went through the house stating what they would andwould not do. How refreshing it was when Jeanne' didn't have any objections to doing whatever I asked and even bought the brand of floor wax I use on my kitchen floor. If you are in search of service “like the good ole days” you should be hiring this group. As a single mom in my thirties juggling a career, a new home, a two year old who is potty training… the LAST thing I want to do is clean my house or mop a floor. For crying out loud cooking dinner is tough enough. But to further this I am a total neat freak and a realtor who gets to see what beauty and cleanliness mean to everyday people just like you and me.

Since March 2008, Jeanne’ has been making my life easier! We live a very busy lifestyle…between school (two middle school children), school activities and extra-curricular activities, we find ourselves away from home much more than we are here. Maintaining a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom house is nearly impossible.
From a small advertisement in the mail, I contacted her via the internet and requested a quote to clean my home. Jeanne’ replied the same evening and was at my home the following day to give me an estimate. That quick response alone was amazing!

I am so relieved and encouraged to have found Jeanne and Ultra Touch Cleaning. I wish I'd pulled up behind Jeanne's van a year ago; I wrote down her number and called the next day. More important, she called me back! Seems like a simple task but somehow most folks can't do it. And, not only did she call me back but I was able to communicate with her in English.
I realize that's probably politically incorrect but it really matters to me that I can tell someone what type of cleaning fluid I prefer, to please leave my children's' mess for THEM to clean up, or to make sure the cats don't get out.
This is my home and Jeanne and her team get that. They seem to really care that they've done something to help make it a pleasant place to be. When I win the lottery, I'll hire her full time so anyone looking for excellent cleaning help needs to call her now before I buy that winning ticket. :-)
